Click the “Login / Register” or “My Account” link at the top-right of the page. Sign up with an email address, provide your email and create a password.
Once you sign in, click “view addresses” and you can edit and set up your different shipping addresses. If you need to change your email address on file please contact us.
Click in “My Account” or “Login” and then click “forgot your password?”. We’ll send you an email so that you can reset it.
We accept all major payment processors such as Paypal, MB, Stripe, Credit Cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. You can choose the desired method on the checkout page. After clicking on “Complete order”, you will be redirected to the security page of the chosen method where you can safely complete your purchase.
After your order starts to be processed, it is not possible to make any changes. Contact us immediately with email and order number. Tell us what you want to change and we’ll see what we can do.
Please contact us if you think your package has been lost. We will analyze and investigate this immediately! It may take 1 to 3 business days to complete the investigation, depending on the situation. Once finished, we will contact you for the following steps.
Please, When you receive your order, first reconfirm the condition of the packaging and if the number of items is correct. You can use your order email that we send to check the items on your phone. If an item is really missing, please contact us with your name and order information. If the packaging you receive is damaged, please provide us with images of the item you received. If any of these situations occur, contact us and we will resolve it quickly.
After your order is placed, it usually takes 1 business day to process the order for shipping. Sometimes, the time can vary between 1 to 3 working days, depending on the products and the quantity. Your tracking information will be sent by email as soon as the order is shipped.
Please always read the instructions for use and the ingredients used in the products. Sometimes, even if rarely, some people have reactions to certain products. We are unable to predict and test on all people. Due to the nature of the products, it is not possible to accept the return of the items once opened. If so, please contact us, send us a photo to show the problem and we will try to find a way to compensate with a coupon or other product.
If you received a different color or a different product than the one ordered, don’t worry. Contact us and provide your email, order number and a photo of the product received. Tell us which product you want to exchange and our team will respond and correct that mistake as soon as possible.

You can return any NON-OPEN ITEM within 30 days from the delivery date, as long as it has not been opened and is still in a condition of sale for full refund or exchange. For OPEN ITEMS we only accept returns in case of defect or damage, due to the nature of the products.
We offer FREE RETURNS for orders that were shipped in the same COUNTRY or CONTINENT. (Shipping made from the USA, FREE returns for buyers in the USA) (Shipping made from SPAIN, FRANCE, GERMANY, UK, FREE returns for buyers in Europe)
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for international orders at this time.
I chose a product with shipping from Spain and another one does not have this option, and now what happens?
Don’t worry, your order will be shipped in two different packages. Two tracking codes will be sent to accompany the two orders. Possibly you will receive the first one that you have sent from Spain because it is faster and then you will receive the second package that takes a few more days. If you have any questions, contact our online team who will be happy to help you.
You can find this option on the product page, when choosing the color or other variation. Note that some products do not have this option. These products are shipped outside Europe and outside the USA, they are international shipping. For international shipments there may be customs fees that are the buyer’s responsibility. We always try our best to avoid paying these fees. Please see your country’s customs tax rates for international shipments first. For buyers who choose shipping from (USA) from the same delivery country (USA) or shipping from the EU and delivery to countries within the European Union, you don’t have to worry about these fees.
It is because your country is not registered with our shipping options. Please contact us in the chat, tell us your country and we will check immediately if we can do the shipping, if we can offer the shipping for free, or how much it can cost.
No, free shipping is to USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and all countries in Europe. Note: When you are at the checkout page and free shipping, congratulations, you don’t have to pay for shipping.
Our goal is to deliver packages as quickly as possible from the date of shipment. On some orders, we split shipping orders to ensure your order reaches you more quickly. Remember that once an order is placed, it usually takes 1-3 business days to process. For shipments from the USA to buyers in the USA, it usually takes 5-7 business days for delivery. For shipments from Europe to European buyers, it usually takes 5-7 business days for delivery. For international orders, delivery time can take between 15-30 business days. We will always try the fastest shipping method available to ensure the fastest delivery of your order.
